Cortisol test
Kortizol je hormon regulující stres, metabolismus, imunitu i spánkový rytmus. Chronicky vysoké nebo naopak nízké hladiny, případně narušení denního rytmu, mohou vést k vyhoření, poruchám spánku či chronické únavě. Test zachytí ranní vrchol i večerní pokles a odhalí případnou dysregulaci osy HPA.
